PENGURUSAN BAKAT PELAJAR SEKOLAH UNTUK KEMENJADIAN INSAN: KEPERLUAN DAN CABARAN

Abstract

Student talent management is one important aspect in the field of education and should be given specific focus as well as a holistic approach. This article aims to provide a comprehensive account of the needs and challenges in student talent management in Malaysian schools. The data for this article was collected using the bibliographic method, by collecting and conductig content analysis on relevant past studies in the area. The results of the study found a need for attention and immediate implementation of efforts to manage student talent. The challenges of parental involvement, environment, 21st century education, industrial revolution 4.0 and the post COVID-19 education landscape increase the need for proper student talent management. This article provides implications for the ministry, individuals, and related non-governmental organisations to consider in upholding their talent management practices.
