Special Issue Guideline

JUKU welcomes scholarly proposals for Special Issues that align with the journal’s scope and academic focus.

All decisions concerning the publication of a Special Issue are made by the Editorial Board of JUKU to ensure thematic relevance and consistency with the journal’s aims and objectives. A Special Issue serves as a platform for in-depth scholarly engagement with a focused and timely topic relevant to the journal’s readership.

Submissions to a Special Issue are evaluated using the same rigorous standards applied to regular submissions. Each manuscript undergoes thorough editorial screening and peer review to determine its suitability for publication. Acceptance into a Special Issue is not automatic. Only articles that meet JUKU’s standards of quality, originality, academic rigour, and scholarly significance will be published.

Maintaining the academic integrity and quality of JUKU remains a core priority. Accordingly, all manuscripts, whether submitted to a Special Issue or a regular issue, are subject to the journal’s editorial policies, peer-review process, and publication standards.

JUKU remains firmly committed to ethical publishing practices and strictly adheres to its publication ethics and malpractice guidelines to safeguard academic and research integrity.
