APLIKASI TEKNIK FUZZY DELPHI TERHADAP KEPERLUAN ASPEK 'RIADHAH RUHIYYAH' UNTUK PROFESIONALISME PERGURUAN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to obtain expert consensus on the needs of 'Riadhah Ruhiyyah’ or ‘spiritual exercises’ for Islamic Education Teaching Profesionalism. The Needs of 'Riadhah Ruhiyyah' for teacher professionalism discussed involve items related to the relationship with God, relationship with self, relationships with colleagues and relationships with students. Verification is done by 15 experts in the field of education, Islamic studies, spirituality, Arabic, human development and the field of statistical analysis of Fuzzy Delphi technique. The questionnaire containing 34 items was given to experts. Consensus from the experts was further analyzed using Fuzzy Delphi technique. The study found that expert consensus on the needs of ' Riadhah Ruhiyyah’ for Islamic Education Teaching Profesionalism in terms of relationship with God, relationship with self, relationships with colleagues and relationships with students is more than 75% with a total of 15 items having a threshold value (d) ≤ 0.2. The next items were sorted by priority and were refined by adding and dropping items as recommended by experts.
