PEMBANGUNAN PERISIAN PENGAJARAN DAN PEMBELAJARAN MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF PENGURUSAN JENAZAH POLITEKNIK MALAYSIA

Abstract
This study aimed at developing and evaluating a computer assisted teaching and learning courseware (CATL) based on tutorial approach titled “Pengurusan Jenazahâ€. This courseware is provided based on the syllabus of Islamic Education 2 (AA201) Polytechnic Malaysia. The courseware is developed using Adobe Flash CS3 Professional authoring based on the ADDIE instructional design model (2007) which has five phases, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Courseware evaluation involved a questionnaire survey using a Likert five-point scale. Forty Semester III students and 16 lecturers from the Islamic Education and Morality Unit, Department of General Studies at Polytechnic Ungku Omar, Ipoh, Perak were selected as the sample. Data were then analyzed using SPSS 19.0 for Windows. The results show that respondents agree that the courseware has been developed to meet the requirements of the teaching and learning process. This courseware has also adopted the concept of teaching and learning. The combination of various media in the courseware such as texts, graphics, animations and audio make teaching and learning more interesting, active and fun
