KEPENTINGAN MEMPERTAHANKAN PENSIJILAN SISTEM PENGURUSAN KUALITI BERASASKAN SYARIAH MS 1900 (SPK MS 1900) DI INSTITUSI PENGAJIAN ISLAM

Abstract

In the context of Islamic Institutions in Malaysia, this article intends to highlight the significance of sustaining the MS 1900 Quality Management System (QMS). In order to identify the significance of maintaining a Shariah-based MS 1900 Quality Management System, a thorough literature review was carried out by examining the practises in various sectors, such as Zakah, Islamic Civil Organizations, Public Higher Education Institutions, Airports, and the hospitality industry. This article should be able to point out the area of study that has to be filled in order to develop a technique for maintaining the MS 1900 (QMS) certificate, including the important aspects, difficulties, and results of the application of Islamic core value practises in the MS 1900. Consequently, it is hoped that by reading this paper, Islamic Institutions of Higher Education will be able to maintain their management structures and enhance them in terms of service management, Islamic core value practises, and a Shariah-based environment once they have completed the process of receiving MS 1900 certification from SIRIM.
