கவிஞர் வேலுசுவாமியின் அருள்புரிவாய்் கவிதைக் தொகுப்பு: ஓர் ஆய்வு (POET VELUSWAMY'S ARULPURIYAVU POEM ANTHOLOGY: A STUDY)

Abstract

Literature is the bedrock of human life. It is an invaluable addition to the thinking, feeling and imagination of the reader. Language becomes the medium, the phrase coincides with the new form. Also others that could be included here are including the rise in thinking of the learner of literature, development in thought, maturity in knowledge, and beauty of the mind. All these are featured in the Arulpuriyavai Poetry anthology meant for children, produced by Poet Veluswamy. It is a precious wealth for children; it is the forerunner of wealth, education, and wealth. Realizing this, the poet Veluswamy has incorporated practical ideas to face the life into his work. This is an important component of children's literature. This article reviews such valuable the compositions of the Poet Veluswamy’s poems in the anthology.

இலக்கியம் மானிட வாழ்க்கையின் அடி நாதமாகத் திகழ்கின்றது. அதனைப் படிப்பவரின் சிந்தனைக்கும், உணர்வுக்கும், கற்பனைக்கும் தெவிட்டாத அமூதாக அமைகின்றது. மொழியை ஊடகமாகக் கொண்டு, சொற்றொடராக இயைந்து புதுவடிவம் பெறுகின்றது. மேலும், இலக்கியத்தைக் கற்றபவர் எண்ணதில் எழுச்சி; சிந்தனையில் வளர்ச்சி; அறிவினிலே முதிர்ச்சி; மனதில் அழகுணர்ச்சி. இவ்வகை இலக்கியத்தில் இணைவதுதான் சிறுவர் இலக்கியம். மனிதன் வாழ்க்கையில் பெறும் பேறுகளில் சிறப்புமிக்கதாகக் கருதப்படுவது மக்கட்பேறு. விலை மதிக்கத்தக்க குழந்தைச் செல்வம். பொருட்செல்வம், கல்வி செல்வம், செவிச்செல்வம் போன்ற செல்வங்களில் முன்னோடியாகத் திகழ்வது குழந்தைச் செல்வமே. இச்செல்வம் சிறப்புடன் வளர்ந்து திகழ சிறுவர் இலக்கியம் முக்கியமான கூறாகும். இதனை உணர்ந்தே,  கவிஞர் வேலுசுவாமி தம் படைப்புகளில் வாழிவியல் சிந்தனைகளை உட்புகுத்திப் படைத்திருக்கின்றார்.
